I gave it some yard bird rub..new thermometer looks specky lol. . Ready to rest before the sear. .the sear..and plated. You should try it you will be amazed .I will let you in on a secret don't tell anyone .but the other day I have no picks to back this up but I cooked up a skinless chook breast for lunch on the stove .
