Chimchurri hangner steak

I marinated a hanger steak with some chimchurri and vacummed sealed it and put it in the freezer .lt it thaw and is ready to go . 1fcec91db2e37aa5c6150504b72e733b.jpg. How was the Yardbird on beef? You crack me up breaking the "rules" with your choices of rubs and sauces. 
Tasted really good .I've found some of these rubs are universal .like pineapple head on chicken is amazing

See, that's what I'm talking about! I'd have never thought to put Pineapple Head on chicken - even on Huli-Huli chicken that has pineapple in it. 
You should try it you will be amazed .I will let you in on a secret don't tell anyone .but the other day I have no picks to back this up but I cooked up a skinless chook breast for lunch on the stove . With peach liquid gold from ckreef as a binder and pineapple head .amazing would win any comp
