DennisLinkletter
There is a new 63mm conical burr coffee grinder on the Indiegogo. It a single dose, much like my Monolith Titan Flat with almost zero retained grind. Big difference is it's a fraction of the price at about $588 Niche Zero on indiegogo.com BTW I love my Monolith Titan 75mm Flat Burr Grinder but just saw they have a new model with 98mm burrs. I won't be upgrading but will be fantasizing..
MacKenzie
I love the design of the Niche Zero. It would be great to be able to switch the grind size from espresso to regular grind and not have all those leftover grinds in the grinder. Syzygies
I'm pretty happy with my Pharos manual coffee grinder. One gets the burrs in a much more expensive electric grinder, without the motor. And the whole kickstarter thing: One gets excited over untested products. Sounds too much like dating to me. tekobo
Disclaimer: I don't drink coffee. However, The Husband is a coffee nut so I sent him a copy of @DennisLinkletter's post above. For those of you looking to do some comparative shopping here is his response: "He into coffee too! I like my Mazzer Mini Electronic - 64mm flat steel burr, 600g hopper, single dose ground to order. Around $1000 X" The X was for me, obviously. Just wanted you to know that The Husband loves me in spite of me.
