First congratulations to bosco for winning last month's veggie challenge with his Smokey Swiss Jalapeño Portobello Burger. tinyfish came in second with his Mushroom Thyme Lentil Pie and Zucchini Fudge Cake. Mrs skreef tied for third with her Carrot Cake. This is an 18 month challenge series and we have now completed 9 months bringing us to the half way point. I'm not going to be able to hold out much longer on buying the roti basket! These chicken cooks are driving me crazy!!

Rob, that chicken looks delicious and I can imagine how juicy it is.

Looks great Rob! I have a bottle of that birds and bones that I still need to crack open!

I also buy the 4 ml bags because we wash, dry and reused them until they look scrappy.. same goes for the nicer quality Zip-Lock bags. As long as they still hold water, it makes sense for the planet and to re-use as much as possible. We try never to take bags at stores and never throw them away until they have been re-used and re-purposed too..
