OK we are droppinmg the height 10 inches. We are both short. We will lose the double doors below, but I found a stainless drawer that will work. Its easy to make this change now. I dont think we will be happy grilling at face level.... thanks for the input, pics to folllow2 points

I do, I use simple syrup instead of a sugar cube but still gently muddle the maraschino cherry, orange peel and bitters. I turned the muddler out of a scrap of walnut last year.2 points

I snowblowed today somewhere between 4 - 8" of snow (depending on drifts) from my driveway. And I still managed to grill out a nice flat iron steak for dinner. Sorry, with the windchills in the single digits, I'm not dickin' around taking pictures!1 point

Made some homemade pasta and sauce for lunch. Ground some durum wheat berries to make about 45% of the required flour for the recipe and the sauce was made using some of last summers tomatoes. For dessert a mini chocolate cheese cake made by a good friend of mine. Yes, the same one that makes me chocolates. Now I need to end it all with a double espresso.

I would like to post a photograph of a drink but whenever a nice drink is put in front of me I am so focussed on drinking it that I don't remember to take a photo. Does that mean I have a drink problem?1 point

Yup, ribs trump currency alright. They look great @Tyrus. We paid cash to the guys who helped us unpack and move our KKs into place given we were taking them away from doing paid work for real clients. Your post reminded me that we still have not given them the KK dinner that we promised as their tip. Must rectify that or some real bad karma will be coming my way!1 point
