Couldn't resist a nacho cook this evening, it is quick, easy and fast since I had a bunch of topping leftover from a pizza cook this last weekend.

I know it was a fun meal, Tekobo. 

There is nothing like a good wilderness camping/canoeing trip. 

Wow, fantastic. Congrates to Luke for a well done job on cleaning up.   

I like the look of that dish and the sounds of the recipe.  

Decide to have burgers for dinner tonight, it's late but I'm starting up the KK anyway.  

Made 2oz patties, 2 per bun with cheese in between the two patties.

You better have your bun dressed before these patties come off the grill because one needs to get the cheese on one patty and then immediately put the second one on top so that the heat will melt the cheese.

Taste test.

I bet those pizzas were sooooooo tasty.   👍

Beautiful, now for the break-in and the foooooooood.  

Wow, everything is mouthwatering, looks perfectly delicious. I wish I had been there.     

Haven't used the Yakitori grill for ages, but we had summer today  so a friend and I got together to do meatballs and veggies.

16 KK cleaned out.  

I need to clean the winter ashes out of my 16". 😁

I think that's the secret, they need to know the smoke does not represent a problem, just you cooking.:) 

Then I'd have 2 handsome dudes on my lawn. Better to use DT. 

Pork Rib cook today. The KK was rock solid for 5 hours at 250F.

 I hope these critters are not out tonight. I don't need them up at my KK. There are twins roaming around and a single bear.
