    LOL - that got me laughing. When I bought my second one the girl at the bank was freaking out a bit. Thought I was hooked into some Internet scam and was going to loose my money. I had to assure her I had dealt with this company before and was not about to get ripped off. Nice to know she was trying to look out for me.

    @skreef- Susan Rose, you're a jewel!  Charles, do you know how truly lucky you are!?  You guys are one great tem.  And you give me hope that I can find a "Suzy" of my own.

    I took temps along the way. Not telling ckreef.

    10:30-240*

    1:30-290*

    4:00-280*

    8:00-290* ending grill temp

    204- ending internal temp

    This experiment was fun. Knowing what the temps were and ckreef wondering if he was close. He has cook enough of them that he knew how to get this cook done right.

    The bbq was excellent . It had the best bark taste and with the orange bbq sauce, my taste buds were in Heaven.

    Thank you everyone. Ckreef and I always challenge ourselves,, especially aganist each other... Lol.. Ckreef gets me every time.. Dang it.. There is always stiff competition over on KG.. But all in great fun. Sorry bosco you decided on not participating on the challenges.. I tell you the trueth. You can plate a meal.. And also tinyfish.. Yall kept/keep ckreef and me on our toes... Lol..enjoy everybodies cook.. A great way to be entertained. Love the forums that has great people on there and here.

    Hey Aussie. Ckreef told me you decided to get a KK. Congrats. I find its so easy to manage. I use to not want to mess with the grill, but now i will go and light it and set vents and not worry bout it. It hold its temps with no worries. We are sad and happy for you. You loss your bike but getting a KK. A nice replacement. Can't wait to see what you get. Hope its not a long wait for you. You will love the KK alot and wonder how you ever cooked without it.

    Susan - young lady, Charles may do most of the cooking at your house, but you're no slouch in the kitchen!  Ma'am, you've got chops!  Please pardon the pun, I know they're ribs!

    Thats one very nice rack of ribs.  How you can top this one is beyond me.  congrats and kudos to you, Susan.  Beautifully done!

    Now you've got me interested in this new KC Masterpiece product.  I'm gonna have to go try this.  Hope I can half as well as you!

    SK, wow those ribs and the mac & cheese look delicious, yummy.

    Thanks McKenzie. Glad the sauce tasted good. The mac and cheese had a hint of smoke. My step-son don't care for it but ckreef and I loves it.

    Love the pictures!

    There must be a dragonfly boom this year. We have at least a dozen that have been sticking around our yard for about two weeks. I hope they stick around all summer and eat the skeeters and gnats.

    This one we post was big. Cant tell by the pic. But he was big enough to see detail and the blue color was beautiful
