They turned out great mate .I love my beef ribs taste awesome the next day as well .I don't use probes just at the end. a decent rack of ribs takes me 5 to 6 hours at 250 .I just go straight all the way no foil no spritzing .at 5 hours I check with the thermopen for temp but most importantly probe tenderness Outback kamado Bar and Grill

More heat distrabution .the dome gauge as we know just measures temp .to be honest I open both and take out the guru plug on start up and close the right when I'm ready to set in a temp for which I use the left .the thing I love about the KK is how thick it is .means I can get Ora up to 550 easy get the crackling on a pork belly started and dial back before it's heat soaked. If I want a quick 250 I will take Ora upto 350/400 take of grates throw wood on put bottom grate back in add foil as deflector then top grate close lid . For me it drops about a 100 during this time I just adjust the vents to the same spot and am good to go in no time . But you have all inspired me to muck around with the right Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  12. They always had the intention off a small amount of oil with fresh cut potatoes .that's why I love the air fryer your chips are not deep fried and having the right fat is awesome Outback kamado Bar and Grill

The steaks I got had a decent amount of fat on one side ..I cut that all out so I ended up with these ..I love my air fryer was an early adopter had one for years and love duck fat on the chips .I thought why not wagyu finished with some real truffle salt .whilst I have the chance the air fryer is awesome for chips and lamb chops .they tasted really good .like you said they are probably $30 dollar chips hence why the seagulls arn't getting any lol Outback kamado Bar and Grill
  14. There were two bones of the ribs I cooked with the red eye express left. Dee decided to make a salad ..I added some frozen chips ..the waygu steaks had a healthy amount of fat on the edge so I cut that off to save .melted some in a pan..and basted the chips with it and threw them in the air fryer..love the little morsel the fat left behind I ate that lol.and plated. . sprinkled some truffle salt on the chips to top them off yum no way the seagulls are getting these chips Outback kamado Bar and Grill
