I’m really enjoying the KK and experimenting with it. Thanks to everyone who has and continues to contribute to the forum. I reviewed a few post on how to setup and best use. Thanks to everyone who helps us newbies out. It started easy and ran for the entire 8 hour cook. I was impressed by how clean the smoke was.
