tkline01
Go to barbecues.com & type in viking rotisseries & it comes up at $77. I just hope because it's so cheap it's not the pre-2001 model. They raised the price!!!
Conodo12
Hate to send you all to the same place for this basket which starts at just $4.99 but that is the spirit of eBay! http://cgi.ebay.com/NIB-VIKING-ROTISSER ... dZViewItem Happy bidding! Duk
clearly I'm a little uninformed here....if you buy the basket here' date=' where do you get the rods and motor?[/quote'] I think most have the 6 in and motor etc and just want the 8 in basket---at least in my case that is how it is
Firemonkey
clearly I'm a little uninformed here....if you buy the basket here' date=' where do you get the rods and motor?[/quote'] You can still get the 6 inch basket and motor from ez que, but they have not had any 8 inch baskets for months. primeats
So this basket will fit the OTB? Can you use any type rotis motor? I've got one that came with my gasser, works pretty good on that one.

ThreeDJ16
Most mounting brackets/motor brackets for rotisseries are standardized as are the shaft size (5/16"). The basket for the KK is 6"x17.5" or 8"x17.5". The folks at EZQue do have more than just that length and other widths, but one of the above two is what you need to work with the parts Dennis sends. Any motor will work, but needs to be heavy duty enough (recommend at least 30lb rating...even better just to get the 50lb rating) to turn the large basket verses just a spit like in a normal kit. -=Jasen=-

Firemonkey
I am curious, is EZ Que reselling Viking product in their packages, or is Viking selling EZ Que baskets under their own brand?
