tony b Posted June 24, 2015 Report Posted June 24, 2015 Interesting concept and I do like the simplicity of searing on the same device as the SV cook. I might be more interested if the price tag were a bit lower; $500 is a bit pricey, seeing as I already own an Anova. 1
