Ps for dragon name freaks (or in this case the mother of dragons) I just read a George R. R. Martin short story that is a "prequel" to the GOT series and there are many dragons named and described in the story. I have already made 2 'mistakes' by not watching the internal temp closely enough so I definitely need some technological assistance:). Someday, when I get over it, I'll post the story of my 10 dry-aged New York strips dinner party last weekend.
