My KK's, and pizza oven were just rolled out in the backyard and forgotten about. I still have to move them to the patio. I cooked up a couple of fatty's the I stuffed with a cream cheese mixture and topped with shrimp and scallops. I cooked these indirect at 350f Here is the plated shot And a close up Now back to unpacking...

Gives me an idea to do surf and Turf Pinwheels. Use your shrimp and scallops stuffing rolled up in a flank Steak then cut into slices and cooked on a CI griddle........
