Surf & Turf Fatty

Hello everyone.  Its been a while since I cooked something on the KK, the house move was crazy. My KK's, and pizza oven were just rolled out in the backyard and forgotten about. I still have to move them to the patio.

I cooked up a couple of fatty's the I stuffed with a cream cheese mixture and topped with shrimp and scallops. 

I cooked these indirect at 350f

You did an excellent job on that fatty. I like the flavor combinations. Money shot is making my mouth water.

Gives me an idea to do surf and Turf Pinwheels. Use your shrimp and scallops stuffing rolled up in a flank Steak then cut into slices and cooked on a CI griddle........
