cschaaf Posted August 28, 2016 Report Posted August 28, 2016 Glad this thread was started. My stone wasn't even close to fitting and I just assumed it wasn't meant to. I didn't measure, but I bet I had to spread the handles by 2 to 3 inches to get the stone in there. A 2x4 and a few firm strikes by a rubber mallet did the trick for me.
