Chicken Sausage, Carrots and Tater Tots

It has been a while since I've grilled sausage and I needed a quick dinner today so sausage, pressure cooked carrots and previously made tater tots it was.

You know.... I keep downgrading my cooking stuff that I am not using.  I am now wondering more about a pressure cooker each and everyday.  I really don't need it.... I really don't need it.

Bosco, give in to the dark side, you really want to keep your pressure cooker!

Oh yes you do and don't forget those eggs. You can do them for the whole family in 3 mins. One in the PC or 4 makes no difference and those carrots, you put them on the grill to char after PCing them.:) You not only need one you need two or more, they are like KKs.
