Pequod Posted January 9, 2017 Author Report Posted January 9, 2017 I'm thinking next time I'm going to score the skin. Just poked it last time. Try to render even more of the fat, then dump some diced up taters in that double bottom drip pan for the last hour when I turn up the heat. DucKK heaven.
