Out of all the birds I had duck is the best and the way you served it was on point love the color. Make some homefries with that fat!!!!

I'm thinking next time I'm going to score the skin. Just poked it last time. Try to render even more of the fat, then dump some diced up taters in that double bottom drip pan for the last hour when I turn up the heat. DucKK heaven.
