Most of us get a opportunity in life to waste money on things which we think we love .it's only when you meet your first KK Outback kamado Bar and Grill Lots of truth in that. Never experienced any buyers remorse whatsoever with my KK’s. 2
Chanly1983 Posted June 6, 2018 Author Report Posted June 6, 2018 @chris hale did you make a decision? I can promise you all the praise these cookers and Dennis gets for his products and customer service doesn’t do it justice!

Pequod Posted June 6, 2018 Report Posted June 6, 2018 Looks like a good order. I personally don’t see the need for the double bottom drip pan, but YMMV.
Pequod Posted June 6, 2018 Report Posted June 6, 2018 (edited) ...actually...one thing missing is a second KK. Might as well get it over with. Edited June 6, 2018 by Pequod 1

Grill grabbers? like I said if your ever in the area and want to come and take a look shoot me a PM and stop and buy I have a fridge full of beer and we can whip something up to eat. I can promis you will LOVE IT!
jonj Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 Actually, waiting a couple of weeks to order the second KK gives another opportunity to obtain more coco charcoal... 2
chris hale Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 thanks guys i'm deleting the drip pan and adding wood. Dennis is out of charcoal. Cole, right back at you if you're near Milwaukee!
chris hale Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 I've got to say I"m scared to death (and excited)
MacKenzie Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 Chris, no reason to be scared but there is every reason to be excited.
Chanly1983 Posted June 7, 2018 Author Report Posted June 7, 2018 Congrats, being scared will evaporate once you get that tracking number I don’t mean to add more to your plate but have you figured out where it is going and how your going to move it there? Did you order a cabinet or table? If you did will everything fit? Don’t want to be Debbie downer but I think the moving it and if everything would fit was keeping me up more than anything else. I was going to have my landscaper come over with a skid steer and forks but after measuring it, I was 3 inches shy for the tracks so I had to rethink my plan. Best to figure everything out before so once it arrives you can just take pictures, unpack and cook some amazing food! P.s. if you slack on pictures like I did, the members here won’t go too hard on you if post pictures of cute animals. Also depends on who you talk to in here but I have heard your color cooks better than others. One weekend we might have to finally put this myth to bed.
Chanly1983 Posted June 8, 2018 Author Report Posted June 8, 2018 @chris hale I don’t mean to sound nuts, but once the coco char gets back into stock maybe splitting a pallet?

It was NOT meant to set a precedent for future owners to sleaze out of posting uncrating pics!!

My contractor for my new deck reinforced with double joists and now cement blocks won't have anything to do with moving the KK due to its weight. i have a crew waiting to help and Dennis has helped with ideas. Keep your fingers crossed!
