    Made some English muffins this evening, they are for breakfast tomorrow;) Baking on the KK stone at 350F Looks like breakfast to me ckreef, where is that peach jam and the clotted cream?

    Nothing special just some beer can burgers. Some were stuffed with red peppers, shallots, mushrooms, bacon and mozzarella. Some were stuffed with mushrooms, bacon and mozzarella. I cooked indirect at about 400f. The cheese turned out a little to dark it was a new cheese I found on sale so not sure if was the cheese or the 400f temp. No plate needed just bun.

    It might mean that if it's spinning in the wrong direction that the meat will get cooler instead of cooking. When its done, you can stick it back in the freezer.
