  1. Heylo Roger, welcome to the forum. We're happy to have all types of Kamado grills cook and share with us and I think you will find less pro KK posting here than on the other forums where KK owners evangelize a bit. The 23" Ultimate comes loaded with three 3/8” 304 stainless steel grates that can be used in four cooking positions, SS charcoal basket, SS drip pan, heat deflector, rotisserie shaft system (roti ready), Auto Temp control fan faceplate (BBQ Guru/Rocks Stokker), side accessory plates, grate hanger. Spare kit with extra knobs, gaskets, matching tiles, springs, plugs etc.. 2. How could I forget that, 2 jars on the way. It takes $3 Canadian to buy $ 2 US so I figure your 2 jars will be equal to 3 jars for Rak.

  4. I am a watch nut as well. I figured that you were after the Patek Philippe comment mentioned above. I have an Omega that is my gem I also love the Nixon line of surf watches... not exactly luxury but still a great watch. I have a 51mm face and love the size!!

  5. Welcome to the KK forum, Roger! As far as the cover and side tables go, you do have to take off the side tables to put the cover on. They come off very easily, and hang on hooks that are on the side of the grill. Or you can just lean them against the house.

  6. hahahahah Welcome Roger! I knew that wouldn't take long! You are going to get great information here from the pro's, but I do suggest having a preliminary conversation with Dennis. He really is a 'no pressure' guy and will tell you more about the KK then I ever could! Great to see you here!
