Yup that's right.. we're loading a container of coffee lump today and the container of coco char goes out on the 2nd. I never got my exemption, finally found somebody who has the exemption and we're shipping on their license.. It's going the long way there, will take 6 weeks not the usual 4 but it's getting past the radar and out.. Or I'll confirm tomorrow after it's left.1 point

Trust me, I'm not giving up beer! I will just back off the NEIPAs and see if that makes a difference. There's still plenty of other beer styles to be enjoyed.1 point

I did my first whole hog cook. I used jealous devil charcoal with oak,hickory, and cherry wood chunks. I cooked at 250° for 6 hours. It came out perfect !!

Waited out the thunderstorm and did a quick chicken cook for dinner. Dragon sauce bbq chicken with grilled asparagus and a side pasta with Bomba sauce, artichoke hearts, boursin cheese (to kill some of the heat from the Bomba) and finished off with parm, scallions and parsley. Even with the all the cheese, it was still pretty damn spicy! Direct @ 375F with cherry wood. Plated.

If you find the pieces too big try the Fogo Premium Black Bag. Same lump just smaller pieces. Still decent size just not the XL pieces you find in the Super Premium version.1 point
