  6. Like Robert said. It will hold the heat but no steam or liquid to speak of. Its keeps the bark from getting to dark. Franklin has made butcher paper popular.

  15. Thanks Rak. I just found a rub that I like better its called Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub.
  16. I have a freezer full of baby back ribs so its time to eat some. I rubbed them with Eat Barbeque sweet rub and cooked indirect at 250f. Main grid Upper grid In preparation for my new KK and cabinet I sold my Big Green Egg and table so this my my work space Ribs are coated in some rib sauce Drum roll please...it the money shots
