  11. Coconut flour may work too, trial and error, I just need to gear up for it! Thanks for the ideas all!
  12. I have tried coconut oil in pie crust, it was pretty good. Maybe I will find a biscuit recipe and substitute the coconut oil for the hydrogenated vegetable shortening. Good idea tony b, but maybe I should just stick with sourdough beer bread....😋

  15. Yep, that is my problem, I am using 100% whole wheat starter and trying not to put a bunch of hydrogenated vegetable shortening in them! I might have to divert my attention to something else, like sourdough bread!
