Thanks, my 23" is on the way and I also ordered the rib rack. This information is very helpful. I am planning an end of July neighbor event and was thinking of a menu very similar to yours. I would like to do as much as possible on the kk.

That all looks incredibly good. Did you have to rotate the ribs for even cooking?

All of it looks really good just like the rest of your cooks. I just finished eating dinner but that is making me hungry.

Welcome xraydoc, I am also anxiously awaiting a terra blue kk in the 23" size. You're right about this place being a great forum for everything kk. Can't answer your question but I am also trying to think up a new home for my kk. I ordered the cover for the interim and harsh conditions when they come but I want something out of the weather and possibly island charmed. I would love to see what you come up with. Houzz is a decent place for ideas. Most outdoor kitchen plans could incorporate a custom space.

The thing I really like about the pellet grill is the ability to go forever at a steady temp and cooking with wood. The problem was you were pretty much limited to indirect cooking. I like the versatility of the kk and one of the best things I ever tasted from a grill came off a BGE. Thanks for the welcome

That's a beauty! My decision came down to that one or the terra blue. I was trying to imagine what it would look like in it's new surroundings and went with the blue. I still think about it and will continue to do so until it arrives.

When are you expecting?

I prepared my family for the new arrival. the first comment was "I thought you loved your pellet grill". There will be a tweak or two of the heart strings. Hopefully the food will ease the pain.
