  1. I just tried the Copy Paste into a Pages Doc and the photo file numbers showed up and not the photos.
  2. A very nice message from many brave souls, a Merry Christmas and a safe one too.
  3. Thanks for the suggestion CSCHAFF but I was hoping for a simple button on the Post to print what I am seeing.
  4. I was hoping Dennis might chime in with an addition to the format. I know it might not be easy unless you are a software wizard but there have been several Posts that don't fit a page so the simple Print Screen just doesn't work, sadly.
  5. One of the frustrations in doing that is the ability to get the Post completely on the page for the screen shot. I love screen shot and use it a lot but having to paste several shots together to capture a long Post/recipe, like the recent one handed recipe, has me stumped.
  6. It sure would be nice to have a Print function when these great recipes are Posted. Just hit a button in the Post to print that specific Post. Is this possible? Right now having to copy and paste and hopefully get the scale correct to put it into Word, or Page document is not always successful and a pita. Any suggestions?
  7. This looks like our new economy healthcare plan, the only thing missing is a bottle of tequila!
  8. Never thought about kimchi on a pizza but I will have to dig some out of the refrig! Did you drain the kimchi first Dan?
  9. Aussie, that tree has colors like a maple but the shape seems different. Clearly a southern hemisphere beauty
  10. When I was putting in a "Signature" into my Profile I noticed there was the ability to put in a photo. Me being curious I thought it was worth a try, if I did not like it I could always change or delete it.... WRONG!!! How in the world can it be deleted??? Easy to add one but not possible to delete. I operate on a MAC. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Stephen UPDATE: Dennis told me there is a Trashcan in the lower right corner of the file photo I want to delete. It did not show up until my cursor rolled over it! So in theory this will do it. Sorry for being so stupid.
  11. Dennis, that is a great offer indeed! The 2 pieces when sitting together would need to have the possibility of lifting one end up to clear the grill handles when lifted to get fingers under it. The large single stone is a bit tricky to get out and must be slide and wiggled to get it to a point where fingers can get to it; lifting it out is not just a grab and go affair. Dennis, please PM me with the cost of doing this custom stone and we will see if I can afford one with shipping from the Indonesia. There is something else I would like to throw into an order too.
  12. This is good information! I was considering one of these thing, since I am a big tool guy
  13. When I read your Post I was reminded of a friend who does NOT cook, trying to surprise his with with a birthday cake. They lived 30+ miles from the nearest grocery store out in the boonies to set the scene. He pulls out a box of cake mix when his wife is at work and tries to follow the directions. While he has the mixer in the batter the instructions said to beat until the batter was slightly stiff, so he lifts the beater out of the batter. Needless to say he is a typical guy and has the mixer going full speed, so when he lifts it the batter hits himself, the wall, the floor the ceiling and the stove. He panics because he realizes that most of the batter is on the walls and ceiling, and at that point he decides to drive into town to get another box of cake mix. Now the fun begins, the dog takes advantage of his leaving with all those treat spread about the kitchen. The dogs continues to wreck the kitchen in order to get every last morsel so when our hero returns to finish his mission of make a surprise cake he finds that not only does he have to make another cake, which he never completed in the first place, but he had to clean and restore the kitchen to its previous glory after the carnage that the dog left!! He begins the process all over again and this time remembers to not lift the madly spinning mixer from the batter. He gets the cake into a nicely greased pan and puts it into the oven. He is relieved that his mission is almost complete. He has the premade frosting at the ready, so he figures he can sit down on the couch and watch some football while the cake is baking and have a few cocktails while the process is merrily baking in the oven. He forgets one critical step, the oven timer.... When the smoke alarm jolted him into consciousness the cake was badly burned beyond redemption. Our hero had not purchased a backup box of cake mix so he leaves the house one last time to go get another box. He arrives home just in time to see watch his wife drive up as he is dumping the cake mix into the last bowl. Her first words when she came through the door were, "what the hell happened here". The moral of the story is never leave a long haul trucker in charge of baking a cake! SKREEF is the complete opposite of my trucker friend., she manages to persevere to true pain to please her sweetie. My hat is off to you!
  14. I just liked the fact that I could move two lighter weight stones than a massive single stone. An evenly spread fire below certainly helps with the heat on the stone as well.
  15. Halfsmoke, that was what I was not understanding! Leave the paper on for a few minutes THEN slide it off. Next time I will give it a try. Is there any particular type of parchment paper to use?
  16. Using Dennis's thoughts about the different stones for different thickness pizzas' I tried this. But, once again I screwed up the dough by trying a store bought pizza dough from Trader Joe's. End result, it tasted like bread dough... Tried a different delivery system which failed miserably. Trying to slide the dough onto the stone from tin foil
  17. I figured it was a misspelling but did not know if it was intentional, like "FotonDrv" which is intentionally misspelled. Thanks for that gift, it is much enjoyed! I can see a need for a pallet buy in the Puget Sound area Thank you Dennis, top quality service as I have come to understand and appreciate.
  18. I tried the Smooking Chunk Coffee Wood over the CoffeeChar. What a great combination for a subtle yet definite flavor. Even my picky wife liked it and she rarely tries to describe the flavor of the smoke other than good or bad. This was good. The CoffeeChar apparently is only sold with the grill, and I am not sure about the "Smooking" wood but it is good one the Coffeechar. Not sure about the difference between the "Coffee Smoking Wood MINI SPLITS" and the "SMOOKING CHUNK COFFEE WOOD" other than size of the wood chunks. Does anyone know the difference?
  19. Thanks Dan, it was one of the deciding factors on getting the BB32, that and zone cooking.
  20. 550F worked great for the first two pizza bakes. Now to just work on the dough recipe...
  21. If I knew you weren't in pain I would be LMAO! Kudos for being such a good person as to cook such a fine meal through the disability of one paw. I suppose your Physical Therapist wouild be proud of you for all those range of motion exercises you must have to do achieve that meal. I hope you significant other appreciated it as much as I enjoyed the narrative
  22. Have not tried the Guru, yet. I am however interested in trying this someday.
  23. Dennis, that is good to know since we are thin crust folks in this household
  24. Here is something I just realized. The heat deflector stones can be used for pizza too and since there are two of them it is less than 1/2 the weight each (they are a wee bit smaller overall).
