I dare to say, once you cook on your KK a couple of times, you'll be thinking that a matching 23" would look sooo much better than the black oval thing. I did something similar. Regardless, you're right, KK's are light years ahead of the rest, in every way. You can look at pics, talk to others, talk to Dennis, and I'm willing to bet that you'll still say something like "wow" when you see it for the first time. Whenever a potential buyer posts on the forum and asks about accessories, I always recommend getting charcoal for that reason. I guess it's hard to visualize how much can fit on the pallet with the grill. Rob

There are blocks nailed around the feet of the grill, you have to pry those off. As I said earlier, the top of the crate is a ramp designed to use for rolling the grill off the pallet. Also FYI, remove the 10mm bolts at the very bottom of the legs of the crate, and the entire crate lifts off, with no disassembly required. It's fairly light, but bulky. Rob
