Its a Vol Au Vent a type of puff pastry one was stuffed with chicken and mixed vegetables and a bechamel sauce one with smoked salmon and bechamel sauce and lastly shrimp and bechamel sauce. These is a very simple recipe and easy to make. You can stuff with what you like.
