This is my June challenge entry on another site.

These is a very simple recipe and easy to make. You can stuff with what you like.

Did you buy the Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells or did you par-bake and cut out the inserts from sheets??

These are premade vol au vents from tender flake just bake and remove centre.
