Irish Manor Cheesecake

This is a Cheesecake I made for ckreef Birthday.. It has alot of steps so waited til weekend. Made it yesterday and put in Refrig overnight and came home afyer work and had a slice.... Soooo goooood!

BOOM!  Susan, that's just illegal to cook like that and then post pics!  I'm dying for a I'f piece here in OKC.  Major league kudos.


Thank You CC.. It did taste great.. It has been a while since we have either made one.. It brown on top a little more than I like, but didn't affect the taste.

After eating a few more slices of this I believe this is the best tasting cheesecake that has ever come out of the Bistro and the texture was spot on. Going to go through the recipe and try and simple it down a bit then I'll post a recipe. Of course it might take a few attempts to get it right ;-)

Thank you @Aussie.it was very good.. After it stayed in the frig over night it was like the Cheesecake you buy in the store. Very dense like it should. I'll make this one again.. I really want to do Raspberry one.
