Steve M Posted July 7, 2016 Report Posted July 7, 2016 Some really good info in that one. I watched some of his other videos as well and he really does a good job with them. The one with the Carson rodizio looks interesting. Quote
Aussie Ora Posted July 7, 2016 Author Report Posted July 7, 2016 There are not to many vids out there that give you an understanding of the KK this one is good especially for a first buyer Outback Kamado Bar and Grill♨ Quote
CeramicChef Posted July 7, 2016 Report Posted July 7, 2016 ... and to think I'd seen every KK video out there! Thanks for the post, Chris! Quote
MacKenzie Posted July 7, 2016 Report Posted July 7, 2016 That was very good, thanks for posting it. Quote
Syzygies Posted July 7, 2016 Report Posted July 7, 2016 Did he really mean "900 C" at the 0:54 mark? Aluminum melts at 659 C. Bronze melts at 913 C. Fat on a steak pretty much vaporizes well below this temperature, a stunt I don't find enjoyable. 1 Quote
Aussie Ora Posted July 8, 2016 Author Report Posted July 8, 2016 I think he got his Temps a bit mucked up seemed a bit nervous but for a first video he done pretty good and showcased the KK rather well will be a great video for someone looking at buying one there are not to many good vids out there Outback Kamado Bar and Grill♨ Quote
ckreef Posted July 8, 2016 Report Posted July 8, 2016 I noticed the temp snafu too. Figured he just got mixed up between c & f. Reef's Bistro Quote
twharton Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 I noticed that tent mixup also. Personally I find that Searing around 900 makes them taste off; at least to me. Quote
