Hopefully this version will go into production. The removable side tables will sit down into this folding bracket and held in place by the two latches.. Quote

But,... how about adding a little Stainless steel towel bar onto the end to hang the tools of the trade on. This will keep them out of the way and open up more surface area for prep and Fixins'. I've been on-line trying to find a SS table, but nothing has tripped my trigger yet. Suggestions anyone? Quote
