I got hold of some 100% black Angus ribs and tri tip

These look amazing the tip I nearly 2 kg . I thought I would do the ribs today and keep them simple .added some purple Crack .Himalayan salt some garlic and onion powder and a sprinkle of bush spices .on it goes..4 hours in and it's retracting nicely.

This last batch of Purple Crack beer was 1.5 oz of pepperberries in a 5 gal batch of beer. I added 1/2 oz more in this batch than the original version.

That's a small persentage but goes to show how strong the fresh freezed peppers are .I was thinking more on the lines of alcohol persentage lol 8%

It was a Wheat beer @ 6.4% ABV. The pepperberries don't affect the alcohol content.

Nice they affect the taste though. Brewery down here just started making hemp beer from the seeds they have hust been legalized in western Australia .https://www.6pr.com.au/podcast/hemp-beer/

I have had a couple of hemp beers - meh! Plus, most brewers hate working with the seeds, as there's so much oil in them that they clog up grain mills during the crush and other pieces of equipment during transfers.
