Had time to kill so I googled the ship my KK is coming over on and I found it. Turns out there is a website thats gives the ships current location and tracking information. ..cool. Now, if there was only a way to send the captain a message and tell him "full speed ahead".
Swiss and Havarti, with bacon, mayo and tomato.
Tried a new trick from an Internet story about Nat'l Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day - instead of butter on the outside, use mayo! Works pretty good and was just as tasty.
In the end I didn't leave him in charge. The rain came - I stayed at home tending the pit - Mrs skreef did her hair - Hawke played video games online with his friends - but he did clean my early morning mess and that was no small feat - LOL
Don't hold back our food porn....sometimes when I don't or can't cook its always nice to look at someone else's cooks. One man's simple is another man's feast......
Eggary sorry to disappoint but I don't make charcoal. I am pretty good at buying charcoal though lol. The now named CC smoker pot is for wood chunks for smoking.

All right!. That was exactly my problem.
I saved th KK to the end. Then while Ralph was cooking I had each of them pick a new recipe to cook.
(from my cookbook)
I had hand picked recipes from my cookbook for class.
(my intent was to teach them to READ and DO)
And yes- They all have a copy of my cookbook. (4084 recipes)
Sure ate good that week. They still lay everything out before starting, and they understand all good cooks can and do read.
(Half of them are now married. Well....One of them uses the new system)

Works for me.
If Canada is like the U.S., the actual road time is the shortest part. Both my grills took about 5 days travel by truck. You'll be grillin in no time!

I KNOW you'll love it. Everyone that I know that has one swears by it. I think it rates right up there with the microwave as a game changer in the food prep world!
