Here is the first prototype of my new Cold Smoker.. The Guru Adaptor will be much smaller of course. I'm really pleased with how clean the smoke is.. The new version will have a stainless cup on the bottom to collect water and tars. This will add lots of versatility to your cooks.. with the adjustable air pump on low the unit hardly creates any heat.. I'm really looking forward to smoking many of different things.. My first smoked chicken was a hit with the family.. Never got this much smoke while burning charcoal. ColdSmokerForum.mp4

CK and Wilbur posted pizza pixs to die for and I couldn't resist any longer even though it was a late start. I am still in the middle of a kitchen rehab. If you have to ask what I paid for this plywood counter top you can't afford it This feature will allow you to see what's below the counter top without opening the cupboard doors. OK, on with the pizza, KK smoked pepperoni, mushrooms, and hot peppers. All dressed. Baked in the oven. seriously I can't wait to do this on my KK. Bottom crust. Crumb.

Trust me, Ken, I haven't mowed my own lawn in 25 years. My lawn dude just came this morning. I was spading up dandelions, and cleared out the dead stuff from my butterfly garden. Waiting on my tomato and pepper plants to arrive next month to put in the garden. I putz around the yard on the "fun stuff," and pay to have the tedium done.
