Like bosco said mate when I got mine the cost of it disappeared. It's a stunning work of art that leaves my Kj for dead. The food comes out so much better no joke. It's amazing . I heard all this before I got mine and thought yeah yeah blah blah but it's fair dinkum. I hope you get to realize this for yourself Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
You could also fit a copper/metal tube from the polder tube to the pan with chain. Then you could simply pour water into the pan from outside the grill.
I have a 23 and believe it is capable of feeding 10 people easy be it low and slow or grilling if not more. It all depends on your lifestyle are you a family of 6 and an entertainer, or just a couple that has the odd get together buying the biggest Grill is not necessarily a good idea. Example say I am single and live by myself and by the new 42 to cook my one chop on lol Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
Yes a spot for other cooking devices would be great, We have a place for sous vide under, " Recipes & Cooking Techniques ". Maybe could change the title to Sous Vide, Pressure Cookers, Air Fryers, etc.
Roast pig is excellent! Have been on the pig train for awhile:-) This was when I was pretty young on my first pony, a mean little thing. Notice the sign on our farm.
I've never had any issue heat soaking the 32 and ready to grill temperatures are possible in 10-15 easy (and I'm talking ready to sear sous vide steaks at 600-800F dome temps ready) Love the grill space and two up pizza ease. Plus how else could you make a whole 14lbs suckling pig look tiny on the top rack?!? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
