  1. This boule of mine was highlighted in this month's "Hot From The Pit" newsletter from Amazing Ribs. It was an oven loaf from a few months ago. Can't wait for my 32" baking stone to arrive and start baking on the Fat Man.

  3. I reverse seared a 36 oz tri-tip last night that I got from Harter House Meats. I first rubbed it with EVOO then Dizzy Pigs Cow Lick Steak. I used the cold smoker with pecan chips and the smoke flavor was pronounced but not overpowering. I really like this setup as I can add wood without opening the lid. I cooked it at 230 to an IT of 125. Then pulled the tri-tip and opened the vents to get to searing temps. Once the fire was blazing, I seared on the bottom grate.

You can almost drink that stuff .I cruised up to freo today (Fremantle) and they were out of stock so after I chucked a spaz and called them everything under the sun security from United Airlines showed up.lol.i got you another salad dressing that's made here that I find pretty good and a couple of other things that I like plus my favourite thing to have on toast.really looking forward to your reaction on that one.dont stress I will just order the breeze online and send it your way Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
