  3. After hitting a roo in my car it was deemed a write off by my insurance company. They paid me out but after their divvy I was a bit short .rather than just go tick .I decided the mad max was a fun factor grill that I did not use as much as my KK or jnr so sold it .here it is going away. But I scored another car a 2004 BA Fairmont with only 118,000 KS on the clock . Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  4. Very happy with our first weekend's meals! Saturday was a ten pound Butterball turkey. No drip pan, no water!!! As you can see, I had my Thermoworks Smoke up and running thanks to y'all, along with proper hydration... Thanks to everybody! Sunday was Wiens Waygu full-blooded black waygu short ribs. My best short rib cook ever!

  5. First the meatballs, the pork:beef ratio was about 45:55. Added onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, Fish Sauce, cayenne pepper, organo, an egg,oregano, thyme and anything else that was handy. Formed the meatballs and they are ready. I needed a cool place to put them while the KK heated up to about 375F, no room in the fridge but fortunately the temp. outside is about 32F and there are no critters that I need worry about so - On the grill. Done. Now for the spaghetti. Decided to grind some Durun wheat berries into some tasty flour for the spaghetti. Spaghetti is done and it's time for plating. Those are micro greens that are growing in the house at the moment. There are 3 meatballs in that sauce, trust me.:)

  6. I had 4 honey garlic sausages to cook and today was beautiful so fired up the KK. Grilled.

  14. It still works but I just complain so when it quits working nobody will be surprised The biggest causality is trying to sell this Lever Espresso Machine.
