  2. Thanks for the replies maybe I should have mentioned this first but I use my cell phone to surf the forums. I will try and download taptalk but its a work phone and they restrict downloads with security software.
  3. Thanks Wilburpan. No special way I go by time mostly. I usually cook my baby backs for 4.5 hours to 5 hours. I try to buy baby backs that are skinny in height easier to gage when done because theres not that extra hunk of meat on top.

  7. How come some threads have larger size pictures. I choose my picture and add it to the thread but the picture is smaller then what I'd like. What am I doing wrong.
  8. This is my June challenge entry on another site. Its a Vol Au Vent a type of puff pastry one was stuffed with chicken and mixed vegetables and a bechamel sauce one with smoked salmon and bechamel sauce and lastly shrimp and bechamel sauce. These is a very simple recipe and easy to make. You can stuff with what you like.
  9. Rub addiction is a real thing. The Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub tastes great I would recommend it. If you like yardbird then you'll like it.
  10. Well today was rib day for my KK. I started last night with some rub for the ribs, I used four different rubs. I got up this morning lit my KK at 5:15am and let it heat sink till 6:30am then I put on the beef ribs. At 7am the short ribs went on followed by the baby backs at 7:30am. I can't believe after more then two hours at 225f the dome is cool to the touch. Through out the whole cook and heat sink about 7 hours the dome remained cool to the touch... just amazing.
