Just did a 14lb brisket before a little trimming on a Big Green Egg (am I allowed to say that) at 225f and it took 17 hours.

Dennis, does a shaft come with the cradle. I want my first cook to be a rotisserie cook. If a shaft does not come with the cradle can I improvise something for the time being.

Would someone be so kind and measure the shaft from the rotisserie motor to drive shaft on the KK. I am trying to cut my own to length.

What about starting some charcoal to heat up the cap.

Its okay Ed this purchase will last a life time. I am from Canada and our Canadian dollar exchange to US $ is brutal but I couldn't resist ordering a KK. We must think alike because I ordered the same color.

Cookie I am speechless, that is quite the set up have. Your KK's look great together. How would you compare the 21" to 23". I should be getting delivery of a 23" KK next week or so and I would like to get another one, not sure which one 19", 21" or 23".

Well my KK is almost here. I got a call that my KK should be at a local warehouse by June 2nd. I hope no theres no delays at the warehouse so I can get it delivered asap.
