Yeah it looks like it didnt seem to work @Stile88. I guess i would have to allow you to edit silently and just enforce the 10 min edit so that people know that content has not been changed since that post (which is basically what this feature is for).
Do you think its best to just enforce the 10min edit limit, and turn off the edited notification? Wondering if we need the notification if there is now a 10min limit on the edits.
I guess there is no easy setting to change to achieve what the other board software can do.
Thoughts?

Cheers thanks for pointing that out @Stile88
The image i had posted was of a user group. I have made the change you suggested to 10 minutes. Would you mind giving it a try and let me know if that is what you are after?
Cheers.

Thanks @Stile88. Ok i get it now. So you want the edited mark that is auto put in by the system to allow you to freely edit for x amount of minutes before it will show up as edited content? So i looked around and it seems i dont have that time limit option. I can either allow you to edit silently or it will always show the edited remark when you edit your post.
I like the idea of the time delay before the edit marks show up, however i dont believe IPS has that option. Ill have to go look for an addon to see if this can be implemented. Below is a screenshot of what i see.

Hi @Stile88, can you re-explain the issue so i can look into it for you mate? I dont fully understand what you have mentioned above. Happy to make the change for you just need you to explain it maybe a different way.
Thanks.

Hey @Stile88, thanks for the suggestion mate, but unfortunately that addon does not work with this version of the forum. We are running v4.1.x and that addon states its not compatible with version 4. Ill have a look around and see if we can get a thanks button as i like the idea too. However we need one for v4.1.x of IPS.
Let me know if you come across a version that supports 4.x+
Cheers.

@bosco and @CeramicChef thanks for the posts back guys. I have not had a chance to upgrade the forum skin after the upgrade yesterday. This takes a bit of time to refit all the settings to the new skin (shitty way i know but no other way to complete the skin upgrade), so let me complete that today and have you guys retest the layout issues. They could be related to this.
Appreciate the posts back.
cheers

Yeah i think thats the same for me. It makes the upgrade a much easier process when you keep up with the patches on a monthly basis. Doing them once a year just creates hell for the person doing it

The forum has been upgraded to the latest stable + bug fix version of IPB. 4.1.13 was a considerable release, but for the use here there is not too many new features.
If you would like to check the change log please visit: https://invisionpower.com/release-notes/4113-r44/
As per usual, please post back if you see any issues.
I will upgrade the forum skin as well shortly and post another topic.
Thank you.

I have been having trouble logging in over past few days. Site not available. Last night between 7-10 ish I couldn't old the page
Hi @bosco. That may have been the host doing maintenance. I have seen that a few times over the past month or so. Dont believe that is anything to do with the upgrade. Ill check with @DennisLinkletter to see if he can raise a ticket with the hosting provider to see why there is so many maintenance windows lately.
Thanks for pointing this out thought. Appreciate it.

Thanks @tinyfish. If its just for certain people, can you try and un follow them, wait a day or so check you dont get any extra notifications then follow them again and let me know if there is still an issue?
We had quite a few issues with the notifications when the site was upgraded to v4. This was to do with people following individual forums and individual people. Seems an un follow fixed it for a few users. Be interesting to see if this is the same issue for you too.

Cheers thanks guys.

@tinyfish does this happen to every person who posts that you subscribe to or just certain people?

Thanks @Stile88 for bringing this up. You are spot on, this was due to a forum software change at some stage. @DennisLinkletter has done a great job at trying to re-post these images or re-linking them however when images are uploaded on external services and they are deleted they are impossible to get back. That is why its a good idea to upload them to this server so this issue does not happen later down the track.
Thanks for pointing it out mate.
Cheers

Weber grates don't rust (much) because they are either infused or coated with porcelain to prevent that process from happening. It's the same thing they do with their cast-iron woks and griddles for the bbq gourmet system.. It's a little different animal then raw cast iron.
Thanks for the clarification. Good to know actually.
