All this talk about meat loaf plus seeing Mac’s pictures is making my mouth water! I’ve never made it though, guess I can remedy that by buying some ingredients and fire up the ol KK.
I had my first guiness in Dublin back in 1966. Being from the good ol USA I expected it to be cold. Emagine my surprise when I tasted it LOL. Ireland was my first stop on my way around the word. It was also where I joined the youth hostel federation.
Tekobo I bought an instant p been making pressure cooker stuff. I made pepper beef yesterday, ahhh it turned out just so so veggies were too soft. Next time I’ll Sauté the vegetables and leave them out until the very end of cooking. But it tasted good Lol
Mac thanks for the concern. I haven’t been doing much out door cooking lately don’t know why. But I do log on to the site to read posts all the time. I’m still here just in the background I guess lol
Wow I have been thinking about spinning a tri tip for months but wasn’t sure if it would work, nice going Aussie, think my next tri tip will be a spin lol. Great looking meal by the way!
