  1. Thanks! It was all universally loved.... except my 3 year old doesn't like lobster so my hubby and I split his tail. Wins for everyone.
  2. Yeah, I'm always cooking. I just haven't been posting as much lately for whatever reason. I'm now probably 50/50 with indoor/kamado cooking.
  3. Thanks. It was a pretty good week!
  4. I kinda get the appeal. I took me a long time to even consider charcoal. I love the flavor it imparts so I doubt I'd ever go back Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Rotisserie chicken Hawaiian pizza Ribs for my 7 year old's birthday BBQ And random week night lobster fest
  6. I keep thinking about doing a picnic roast in the rotisserie. What temp did you could it at and what IT did you pull it off at? I assume it was for slicing and not pulling? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I guess I don't get it. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That looks delicious. I wouldn't even miss the meat! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Those pies look fabulous. Is that a 23? I'm asking because it looks like you indicate that your grill was heat soaking for 3 hours. There is no way my 23 would not burn through a whole load of charcoal before that. I am usually pushing it at an hour. Then again I bake my pizzas at 550-600. What temps are you using? 10. Looks great except the pringles lol. My dad was a manager at a frito lay when I was growing up so I may or may not be brainwashed;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I love mac and cheese and I love when I have left overs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. The first bit was technically direct- on the main grate at at about 250. I flipped the steak halfway through. It's hard to get an exact temp for the sear but I had the vent wide open while I took the main grate out and patted the steaks dry. It was on the lower grate with high heat (I closed the vent a little so it wasn't too wild).
  13. Are those pepperoni on your nachos??? That's brilliant! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Did you really eat two of those ribs???? I can barely ever finish one! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. You know what they say happy husband happy wife happy life. . Ok so I just made that up but it seems pretty true.
  16. You are right, I probably won't. I think the cost per person was what stopped me.
  17. Haha thanks! It probably won't be too long before I feel like doing them again
  18. I'd say yes but they are already long gone!
