Here is what you'll need! Cucumber, Tomato, and Avocado Salad Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS ½ English cucumber, diced 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 2 ripe avocados, diced ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 lemon, juiced Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil PREPARATION 1. Place sliced cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, onion, and cilantro in a large salad bowl. 2. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless Salt, to taste 1 cup mozzarella 1 cup flour 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup oil for frying 3 cups tomato sauce ½ cup parmesan 2 tablespoons basil PREPARATION 1. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. 2. Stuff the pockets evenly with mozzarella cheese. 3. Press the edges of the chicken together to seal the pocket. 4. Separate the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls. 5. Being careful to keep the chicken from opening, dip the stuffed chicken in the flour, shaking off the excess. 6. Dip the floured chicken into the egg, then the bread crumbs, coating it evenly. 7. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. 8. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C. 9. Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. 10. Place ⅔ of the tomato sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the chicken on top. 11. Top with the rest of the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the parmesan and basil on top. 12. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is turning golden brown. 13. Serve! RASPBERRY PEACH SANGRIA Servings: 2 - 4 INGREDIENTS 2 white peaches, sliced 1 cup raspberries 2 cups rosé 2 shots white rum 1 cup peach nectar 1 cup champagne PREPARATION 1. In a pitcher, combine peaches, raspberries, rosé, rum, and peach nectar. 2. Stir until mixed. 3. Chill for at least 4 hours. 4. Add the champagne, then serve! Garvin

No I paid 14.38 on Saturday and the price is now for everyone else today 28.00, so I didn't get ripped off got a serious deal! Sorry the size is 8.25 inches in dia not price -

Got my yeast and pizza peel today but I wasn't expecting to get my Bake Pro brotform 8,25 round double pack today. Funny the price I paid for the two rounds was 14.38 with prime but today it's over 28.00 bucks and I ordered this on Saturday! Garvin -
Here's my version of a Carne Asada Recipe: 2lbs steak meat (Skirt, Flank) etc. 4 Cloves garlic, Minced 1/2 cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped 1 Jalapeno, Finely Chopped 2 Limes, Juiced plus 1/2 tsp zest 1 large Orange Juiced plus 1/2 tsp zest 1/2 cup EVOO 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Black pepper 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 2 TBS white vinegar 1 cup good Mexican beer- Negra Modelo, Bohemia, Dos Equis Ambar Blend well, pour over steak and place in fidge between 2-6hrs, I do 4hrs take out of fidge and pat dry with paper towels and lightly season with salt and pepper Grill until med, serve with corn tortillas, chopped white onion and chopped cilantro, slice of lime (salsa if you want) Enjoy Garvin

As HalfSmoke said it's used in boiled crab, shrimp, and lobster, but you will find that in a lot of southern dishes calls for Old Bay Seasonings, get some good stuff!

This was my attempted at a Boule and thanks to MacKenzie for suggesting to use a scale! 340 grams lukewarm water 5 grams of yeast 12 grams of kosher salt 455 grams of APF Made two 1 pound loaves had one for breakfast and sent one home with friends! Garvin- Super novice baker -
So here's my second try with Cuban bread, had a better rise than last week so yeast was probably starting to get old should have increased by 1/2 tsp. Formed into 12 inch loaves used all bread flour last week it was 1/2 bread and 1/2 APF. Garvin

I like John learned a few tips from him, but he posed the question about smoker pot or wrapped in foil and when 90% of the responses are go for it he says he doesn't see merit and doesn't believe there is a difference in taste etc. I thought I was stuck in my ways, dang! Garvin
