  17. Go to Dennis. I had same problem. I have no problems now. One can always go to dennis before posting it is much faster. I don't know where Dennis gets his time but he always has time to help us. Always.

  19. "6 Way Chicken" Is there a Best way or a bad way? Would cooking chicken 6 ways at same time then taking one bite of each lead to the best way to cook chicken? You guys make all cooks 1st class. 6 chickens, ! K-Kooker, 1 temp, 1 time = "6 Way Chicken"
  20. DaveyR SV supreme will work just fine. After you cool product vac seal in several packages. Send them thru the water bath as needed to keep adding hot food. Works great. Unopened bags are cooled and stored in freezer for future use. (I go straight from freezer to water batr for thawing and heating.
  21. cookie - I reheat cooks in 160* and less water. (Nu-Wave) Seems if I stay below the internal cooked temp product stays like when it came off grill. Am interested how it works for others. I do this with pulled pork frozen product and have no lump (charcoal) taste.
