1:15 that’s 4 hours and 15 minutes of burn time I lit it at 9 am ONCE.

Bruce make sure you light both sides of the smoking tube. Place torch head in each hole for 2 to 3 minutes each side.

Bruce I think the trick is using mini chunks as I do. Make sure is is dry and light both side of the smoke generator tube get a good bed of embers going.
