I’m hoping “Yes” and you can share your recipe! Tonight my wife and I went to a Peruvian restaurant and had their ceviche and loved it. I’ve only had / made Mexican style ceviche and want to work on learning Peruvian style ceviche. I loved the contrast of the sweet potato with the acidity in this style. Gracias! 1
