ckreef
I'll use this thread to post some random Bistro Cooks that really don't merit their own thread. Tonight was a Spatchcock chicken cook. Edited November 14, 2015 by ckreef

CeramicChef
ckreef - great looking spatch'ed yard bird! Very nice color on that bird. Kudos!
GoFrogs91
Nice bird. That probe looks, errrr a little uncomfortable. Jr is still looking a little pristine. When are you going to smoke on it?
tony b
Gives a nice perspective on the size. The bird takes up most of the main grill space. On a 23", it wouldn't take up that much space on the upper grate.

When are you going to smoke on it? It's 4 am - will be firing up Super Jr momentarily for a Boston butt.

Yes maybe but the entire dinner as a whole was nothing special. Served it with stove top stuffing, packet gravy and green bean casserole. Don't get me wrong it was a good meal just nothing special. ckreef
TY everyone. They were really tasty. I did a few things differently this time and the burgers just came out better than usual. Will try again to make sure it was my method not just a fluke that made them better The one picture was just kewl looking with all the burger smoke pouring out of it.
