ckreef Posted April 13, 2015 Author Report Posted April 13, 2015 TY everyone. We have now setup my 19" kamado for oven mode. Cleaned it up really good, loaded it with cocoshell and Mrs skreef will use that for all her baking and side dishes were she/we don't want a smoke profile. This way we can just leave it in that mode. Makes it easier then trying to swap a single kamado out with cocoshell. Quote
tony b Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 You could always order a second charcoal basket to swap back and forth between "oven mode" and "bbq mode." A lot of us do that with our basket splitters. Make things so much easier to do the old switcherooni. 2 Quote
