ckreef Posted April 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 TY everyone. We have now setup my 19" kamado for oven mode. Cleaned it up really good, loaded it with cocoshell and Mrs skreef will use that for all her baking and side dishes were she/we don't want a smoke profile. This way we can just leave it in that mode.
