I made a wonderful fly by the seat of your pants soup with the leftover juices from the beef short rib cook. Snow peas, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery and potatoes. It was so tasty. 3 Quote

tony b Posted April 28, 2015 Report Posted April 28, 2015 Another second here. I almost always find a use for the "broth" in the SV bag. If it's a steak, then I use the jus in my sauteed mushrooms. Last night, I used the broth from the langostinos in my pasta sauce. Great!!
