tinyfish Posted July 16, 2015 Report Posted July 16, 2015 Well I finally got to do my first rotisserie cook on a chicken. I purchased the One Grill motor since my original motor was not strong enough. The chicken was rubbed with Yardbird rub.. The chicken is done Some chicken and vegetables 1

tony b Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 Great 1st roti cook! Love me some Yardbird! One of my top 5 rubs in my pantry and #1 for chicken! I still swear that ceramics are the best way to cook chicken, and of course the KK is the best ceramic, so even better results!

Thats what made the biggest impression on me was the chicken. The chicken is so moist its hard to believe sometimes that its cooked.
