bosco Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 so I did some Chicken/mango sausage, lamb spiedini, lemon pepper chicken wings and plowboy wings. Everything was delicious, sorry no finishing pics as my camera battery died. But nice shot of the meat. Had some company help crush this
CeramicChef Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 Bosceaux - looks as if you were expecting the whole dadgummed precinct to help pack back all that food! Congrats on a cook nicely done! Kudos!

MacKenzie Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 Couldn't decide so you had it all, and it all looks wonderful.
Poochie Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 Looks like a serious cook going on. Glad it turned out well.
bosco Posted August 28, 2015 Author Report Posted August 28, 2015 Batteries died - bad bosco - LOL I know right... I couldn't believe it, first time ever!! It was a really fun cook I purchase a special tray to cook the lamb skewers. It prevents the ends of the skewer from burning. Very cool!!!

When you get your battery problem solved we want to see a picture of that tray. And when your KK's arrive don't think we're going to take "batteries died" as an excuse - just sayin .........
